Traditional work and contemporary design are both on view--including turquoise from the American Southwest and Tibet; and Ainu necklace from Japan; a group of Inuit objects including a delicate bracelet; simple and stunning shell jewelry from Oceania; and intricately worked silver jewelry from Ethiopia.
